1. Check-In & Identity Verification

Guests must present valid government-issued photo identification and a credit card upon check-in. The minimum check-in age is 18 years.

2. Corporate Accounts & Billing

Corporate rate agreements are subject to annual volume verification. Direct billing accounts must be settled within 30 days of invoice issuance.

3. Property Usage & Conduct

Essotto Business Hotel is a 100% non-smoking property. Excessive noise or damage to property will result in immediate termination of stay and cleaning fees.
