Flexible travel policies for corporate peace of mind.

1. Standard Flexible Rates

Reservations booked under our Standard Flexible Rate may be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to 3:00 PM local hotel time on the check-in date.

2. Non-Refundable & Early Bird Offers

Promotional and advance purchase rates are non-refundable and non-transferable. Date changes may be permitted subject to room availability and rate differences.

3. Corporate Group & Meeting Cancellations

Group room blocks and conference venue rentals follow custom attrition schedules outlined in your master service agreement.
